Our Team

Professionals You Can Count On

There are a lot of AV companies out there — and a lot of bad experiences. Unreliable crew, poor sound quality, late arrivals, equipment failures. We hear it from clients all the time.

We built Toms River AV around a simple principle: show up prepared, do the job right, and make the client look good. Every time.

Our crew is experienced, professional, and takes pride in the work. Township recreation coordinators, municipal event planners, and school administrators trust us to deliver — and we do.

Common Questions

Live Sound FAQ

What's included in the package price? +

Every package includes all listed equipment, professional delivery, full setup and soundcheck, operation by an experienced technician throughout your event, and complete breakdown and removal. Playlist music playback between sets is also included at every tier.

Can performers bring their own equipment? +

Yes — we work with whatever the performer brings. Our digital consoles accept standard DI inputs, instrument cables, and mic connections. We recommend performers provide a stage plot and input list in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

How much space do you need for setup? +

Tier 1 and 2 are very compact — suitable for gazebos, small stages, and tight outdoor spaces. Tier 3 and 4 require more room for the console position (FOH), cable runs, and speaker placement. We're happy to do a site visit for larger events.

How far in advance should we book? +

Summer weekends fill quickly, especially July through mid-September. We recommend booking as early as possible for summer events. We do accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows — contact us and we'll do our best.

Do you work with township and municipal recreation departments? +

Yes — township and municipal clients are a core part of our business. We understand public procurement processes, can provide certificates of insurance for any venue, and are experienced working within the requirements of public events and parks departments.

What happens if it rains? +

We monitor weather closely leading up to every outdoor event. We carry protective covers for all equipment and have contingency plans for light rain. For severe weather events we work with your event coordinator on rescheduling or shelter options. Weather policy details are included in our event contract.
